You support the time:matters organization hands-on maintaining relations with the major stakeholders and partners in the Benelux operating from Charles de Gaulle Airport
You analyze operational data and quality reports and find solutions for specific logistics challenges and requirements from existing and potential customers
You visit existing operational partners in the Benelux and maintain contacts on all levels of these organizations in order to secure smooth processes
You are a member of our international services and network team and involved in project roll-outs by making detailed and complete action plans
You support in safeguarding and monitoring our ISO quality guidelines and the execution of our vendor management by Service Level Agreements and SLA’s/contracts with strategic subcontractors and monitor their performance

Requirements:

Your ideal set of skills

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business preferably with focus on logistics and/or transport and logistics
At least 5 years experience in the international logistics environment, preferably in the air/express/courier or same day logistics and with project or purchase management
You are familiar with the airfreight industry
You are stress-resistant and not afraid of hard work
You are willing to work sometimes during evening hours and the weekend
You are sovereign in talking to customers and extremely service orientated
You make no compromises when it comes to solving transport problems
You are fluent in speaking and writing in English and French (mandatory), preferably a 3rd language
