In order to reinforce the Human Resources team in Basel we are currently recruiting for an
Technical Assistant
Responsible for receiving, recording and compiling the data on all maintenance works carried out, in order that information is readily available and accessible for reference, planning activities and analysis.
Description/Tasks:
Check all finished projects (Signature, certificates, work report/CRS/snag sheets)
Send by mail all work cards to computerized maintenance programs systems for update.
Gather all work reports and transfer them to the billing department.
Handover original documents to shipping department.
Scan all Geneva project’s for archiving.
Inform as required, OEM for all released aircraft.
CAMP/CMP cards, work report and release certificates paperworks corrections as per customer request.
Report all deviations to Quality Manager and Director of Maintenance
Generate monthly activity reports on rectifications required to support corrective and preventive action implementation
Support to work preparation team in case of overload or holidays in their team for: Preparing work packages for the maintenance execution including transferring customer PO into a work order and printing all procedures necessary to accomplish the work. Issuing material requests for store and material orders for purchasing.
Assistance to the Project Manager, supervisors and leaders as required (print procedures, fill-in parts TAGs…).

Requirements:

Qualification expeerience:
Several years’ experience in aeronautic technical administration
Willingness to adapt and react to quickly changing operational environment

Education Requirement:
CFC, Maturity or equivalent in commerce

Personal Skills
Personal drive and self-motivation.
Highly flexible.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work and stay calm under pressure.
Computer skills on MS Office.
Good organizational and communication skills

Language Skills:
English: 3 (must)
French: 2 (desired)
German : 1
