In order to reinforce the Global IT Organization we are currently recruiting for an
CRM Solutions Architect

Internal Job Posting information: Job title and job grade will be determined once the organizational design is completed and all positions are globally evaluated.

As the CRM Solutions Architect of Jet Aviation you will be responsible for successfully managing the delivery of the CRM suite of applications and functions to the end users to include management of vendors, definition of solution portfolios and testing of systems and solutions. A CRM Solutions Architect is also expected to be able to perform a level of project management in order to implement application and system level projects. As Jet Aviation’s CRM Solutions Architect you will decide the CRM architecture and perform Change and Project Management functions in line with the organization’s Vision 2020 and strategy. You will be collaborating closely with business, IT and vendor resources to ensure that all CRM solution operations and processes are globally aligned and executed effectively.
Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network.
Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions in the CRM domain to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications.
Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings.
Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.
Collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements. Standardize and simplify existing global application framework.
Develop and enforce quality standards in respect to IT Architecture and Portfolio.
Manages changes and projects within the CRM solutions domain.


Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, or similar from an accredited university
Strong track-record in managing SalesForce CRM solutions in a global matrixed organization.
10 plus years’ experience in IT or Project Management related functions.
Excellent skills in problem solving, managing and resolving competing points of view and resource limitations with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with interfacing and managing delivery of services through an outsourced partner.
Ability to interact with all levels of management and end users.
Broad experience in applying business solutions
Several years of successful project and portfolio management
Strong English language skills
