In order to reinforce the Global IT Organization we are currently recruiting for an
IT SAP/HR Solutions Analyst
Internal Job Posting information only: Job title and job grade will be determined once the organizational design is completed and all positions are globally evaluated.

As the IT SAP/HR Solutions Analyst of Jet Aviation you will be responsible for successfully supporting the implementation of the global HR application (Success Factor). In addition to this, you will be supporting global user community within Jet Aviation on all HR applications. An IT Solutions Analyst will have additional roles that include management of vendors, definition of solution portfolios and testing of systems and solutions. You will also be expected to perform some level of project management in order to implement HR application and system level projects. You will ensure all IT process and procedures are followed in supporting or changing functionalities within any HR applications. You will be collaborating closely with business, IT and vendor resources to ensure that all HR operations and processes are globally aligned and executed effectively.
Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network.
Assist in the design and development of the IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions in the HR domain to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
Work with the business to understand requirements and develop specifications for new products/services, system modifications and service offerings.
Collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure HR application solutions are aligned with business requirements. Assist in standardizing and simplifying HR applications to meet global business processes.
Develop and enforce quality standards in respect to IT HR solution delivery.
Assist in managing changes and projects within the HR solution domain.


Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, or similar from an accredited university
Good track-record in managing HR applications like SAP and Success Factors. 5 plus years’ experience in IT is desired
Process knowledge around entire employee lifecycle processes
Experience in Implementation of SAP HR internal/global projects
Experience in HRIS solutions based on SAP HCM
Experience in customizing and supporting SAP HCM solutions
Strong knowledge and working experience with software development methodologies
Excellent skills in problem solving, managing and resolving competing points of view and resource limitations with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to interact with all levels of management and end users
Broad experience in applying business solutions
Strong English language skills

Desired Characteristics
Knowledge on other HR applications like Kronos, ABAP, Cloud systems and PeopleSoft is a plus.
Experience in Project Management related function is a plus.
Experience in working in a global matrix organization is a plus.
Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability

Experience in aviation or manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Good business and financial acumen
Good influencing skills
French or German language skills will be a plus
