Compensation

Option A Residence 1 (50 days off of annual leave)

$23,099 to $24,710 USD per month made up of:

+$20,000 USD base service fee per month (1st three years)

+$21,000 USD base service fee per month (2nd three years)

+$833 USD travel allowance ($5,000 USD paid every 6 months)

+$500 USD overnight out of base allowance (paid monthly)

+$500 USD Annual Bonus 1st Three years – (paid year three – $18,000 USD)

+$1,111 USD Annual bonus 2nd Three years – (paid year six – $40,000 USD)

+$666 USD Special Bonus – (paid every 6 months - $4,000 USD)

+$600 USD Operations bonus – (calculated as RMB57 X hours flown-paid monthly)

+ Plus $365 USD per block hour over 850 hours/year (paid annually)

+$16,800 USD base service fee per month (1st three years)

+$17,600 USD base service fee per month (2nd three years)

+$833 USD travel allowance ($5,000 USD paid every 6 months)

+$400 USD overnight out of base allowance (paid monthly)

+$300 USD overnight out of base allowance (paid monthly)

+$250 USD Annual Bonus 1st Three years – (paid year three – $9,000 USD)

+$556 USD Annual bonus 2nd Three years – (paid year six – $20,000 USD)

+$666 USD Special Bonus – (paid every 6 months - $4,000 USD)

Option E (4 weeks on / 4 weeks off)

$16,149 to $16,955 USD per month made up of:

+$13,500 USD base service fee per month (1st three years)

+$14,000 USD base service fee per month (2nd three years)

+$833 USD travel allowance ($5,000 USD paid every 6 months)

+$300 USD overnight out of base allowance (paid monthly)

+$250 USD Annual Bonus 1st Three years – (paid year three – $9,000 USD)

+$556 USD Annual bonus 2nd Three years – (paid year six – $20,000 USD)

+$666 USD Special Bonus – (paid every 6 months - $4,000 USD)

+$600 USD Operations bonus – (calculated as RMB57 X hours flown-paid monthly)

+ Plus $230 USD per block hour over 600 hours/year (paid annually)





Travel

Two round trip international tickets (50% off) and two round trip domestic tickets (75%) per contract year. Two more tickets provided per contractual year on the JuneYao Airlines network.


Insurance:

Flight operation insurance in the amount of RMB 1,500,000 (cover injury or death caused during flight operation)
Personal accident insurance (injury caused not during flight operation) in the amount of RMB 100,000
Major illness and death insurance in the amount of RMB 100,000
RMB 10,000 for outpatient service and RMB 20,000 for in-patient service. (100% payment within medical coverage)
· VOR Holdings will also provide personal accident insurance

Group international medical, prescription and dental insurance that protects your family anywhere in the world available
Group loss of license insurance provided by Airline


Interview:

· Interview will be held in Shanghai, China

· JuneYao Airlines will pay the cost of the interview including prepaid flight tickets




Term of Contract – Three years (renewable)

Requirements:

Requirements:

Be a national whose home country shall maintain diplomatic relation with the People’s Republic of China
Be a valid license holder as pilot in air transportation. Have a valid class I medical certificate
Be a national of a contracting party to ICAO
Age between 30 and 53 years’ old
3,000 hours and above in flying hours and 600 hours and above in PIC hours as Captain of a CRJ or ERJ aircraft
English proficiency level ICAO IV and above
Qualified for CAT I landing standard
No flight accident record
No criminal record
Have a “no flight accident” certificate issued by the former employer
Currency in aircraft within 12 calendar months
