VOR Holdings is NOW accepting applications from B747 Captains for positions with Suparna Airlines.

Base: Shanghai or Shenzhen, China

Compensation (net amount received by pilot):

Option 1 – Resident (15 days of annual leave)
$24,500 USD to $26,056 USD per month made up of:
+$17,000 USD base service fee per month
+$2,000 USD Type rating allowance
+$2,000 USD Performance Pay
+$800 USD Base Allowance
+$1,800 USD Housing Allowance
+$400 USD Transportation allowance
+$500 USD Loyalty Bonus (Paid $6,000 USD at end of year one)
+$1,000 USD Loyalty Bonus (Paid $12,000 USD at end of year two)
+$1,500 USD Loyalty Bonus (Paid $18,000 USD at end of year three and beyond)
+$556 USD Contract Renewal Bonus (Paid $20,000 USD at end of 36 months)
+ Plus Overtime of $200 USD per block hour over 900 hours per year

Option 2 – 9 days off per per month (15 days of annual leave)
$20,500 USD to $22,056 USD per month made up of:
+$13,000 USD base service fee per month
+$2,000 USD Type rating allowance
+$2,000 USD Performance Pay
+$800 USD Base Allowance
+$1,800 USD Housing Allowance
+$400 USD Transportation allowance
+$500 USD Loyalty Bonus (Paid $6,000 USD at end of year one)
+$1,000 USD Loyalty Bonus (Paid $12,000 USD at end of year two)
+$1,500 USD Loyalty Bonus (Paid $18,000 USD at end of year three and beyond)
+$556 USD Contract Renewal Bonus (Paid $20,000 USD at end of 36 months)
+ Plus Overtime of $200 USD per block hour over 60 hours per month

Option 3 – 45 days ON, 15 days (15 days of annual leave)
$19,400 USD to $20,956 USD per month made up of:
+$12,000 USD base service fee per month
+$2,000 USD Type rating allowance
+$2,000 USD Performance Pay
+$700 USD Base Allowance
+$1,800 USD Housing Allowance
+$400 USD Transportation allowance
+$500 USD Loyalty Bonus (Paid $6,000 USD at end of year one)
+$1,000 USD Loyalty Bonus (Paid $12,000 USD at end of year two)
+$1,500 USD Loyalty Bonus (Paid $18,000 USD at end of year three and beyond)

Insurance
Suparna Airlines will provide employer liability insurance for the Pilot
Suparna Airlines will provide health insurance. Coverage for Pilot paid in full.
Suparna Airlines offers loss of license insurance that will be deducted from Pilot’s service fee payments

Interview and examinations
Suparna Airlines will reimburse costs

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements
Citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
Less than 56 years old at start of employment
Airline Transport Pilot License with B747 type rating issued by an ICAO country
Valid Class I Medical
Valid passport
English proficient ICAO level 4 or greater
No accidents or incidents
No criminal record
5,000 hours TT and > 500 hours PIC in the B747
Currency in B747 within previous 3 months
