Description:

China Southern Airlines has both A330 NTR and B787 NTR Captain positions available. Now accepting A320, A330, A340, B737NG and B777 Captains. Will also accept A330 and B787 direct entry Captains.

Current Bases

In addition to Guangzhou, China, the following bases exist:
A330: Brisbane (BNE); Sydney (SYD); Melbourne (MEL) and Amsterdam (AMS)
B777: Amsterdam (AMS); New York (JFK), Los Angeles (LAX) and Toronto (YYZ)
B787: London (LHR); Aukand (AKL) and Vancouver (YVR)

Compensation per month (full amount received by pilot after airline has satisfied taxes in China):

Mode CAN:
Ten days off in a block month (“Mode CAN” refers to “Mode Guangzhou”; Monthly day-off no less than 10 consecutive days, include travel time)
$19,000 USD base service fee per month if type rated
+ Overtime is $250 USD per block hour over 80 hours in 1 month
$18,000 USD base service fee per month if not type rated
+ Overtime is $250 USD per block hour over 80 hours in 1 month
Year 2: $19,000 USD per month
Year 3: $20,000 USD per month
Year 4: $21,000 USD per month
Accommodation allowance: $830 USD per month

Mode RSP:
In Reverse Scheduling Pattern (with a minimum of 8 days at RSP / month) “Mode RSP” refers to “Mode Reverse Scheduling Point”; Monthly day-off no less than 8 days, not include travel time.
$19,000 USD base service fee per month if type rated
+ Overtime is $250 USD per block hour over 80 hours in 1 month
$18,000 USD base service fee per month if non type rated
+ Overtime is $250 USD per block hour over 80 hours in 1 month
Year 2: $19,000 USD per month
Year 3: $20,000 USD per month
Year 4: $21,000 USD per month

Mode CMT:
Commuting roster with a minimum of 8 days off per month (“Mode CMT” refers to “Mode Commuting”; Monthly day-off no less than 8 days, not include travel time.)
$19,000 USD base service fee per month if type rated
+Overtime is $250 USD per block hour over 80 hours in 1 month
$18,000 USD base service fee per month if non type rated
+Overtime is $250 USD per block hour over 80 hours per month.
Year 2: $19,000 USD per month
Year 3: $20,000 USD per month
Year 4: $21,000 USD per month

Mode MOMO:
Month ON, Month OFF
$13,000 USD to $14,500 USD per month base paid every month
($26,000 USD to $29,000 USD per “working” month)
Year 2: $13,065 USD per month
Year 3: $13,750 USD per month
Year 4: $14,440 USD per month
+ Hotels and meals paid by Airline for up to 30 days at start
+ Overtime is $225 USD to $262.50 USD per block hour over 110 hours in 1 month
(Increases over four-year contract).
Accommodation allowance: $830 USD per month
