Description:
Purpose
This role is responsible for the planning of maintenance and production. Regularly monitor the heavy maintenance and conduct checks and provide reports for the same and to develop the role.
Main Responsibilities
•Maintenance Planning•Create, Maintain and update the long term Fleet Maintenance Plans.
•Recommend Required Aircraft Utilization to meet the long term Maintenance Plan
•Production Planning•Conduct aircraft Maintenance Packages technical Evaluation for Tech. Requirements and Required Ground Time.
•Maintains the Hangar Capacity Slot Plan
•Plans for the execution of heavy checks
•Identifies Maintenance Requirements (Man Power, Tools & Materials, Slots)
•Planning Liaison with Production team
•Heavy Maintenance Checks Monitoring, control and Reporting•Distribute task cards according to the pre-agreed plan
•Monitor execution of tasks on daily basis and take necessary arrangements to meet the plan in coordination with Check Supervisor and based on planned Inspection cutoff, Materials Cutoff dates.
•Logged Man Hours Monitoring and review
•Maintaining Man Hours Database
•Heavy Maintenance checks Progress reporting.

Requirements:
Desired Profile
•Holder of a valid UAE GCAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's License or ICAO is an advantage state member licensed type with recent experience of six (6) months within last 2 years and with A320/CFM-56-5 type rating endorsed.
•Minimum of 6 years in Aviation maintenance out of which 1 years as A320 C-Check Certifying Engineer is an advantage, holding current Certificate to release to service.
•Very good knowledge of AMM/IPC/TSM/Air NAV. Good English and computer skills.
