Job Description
This position will provide administrative and operational support to internal and external stakeholders and liaise with financial institutes and regulatory bodies on matters relating to different modes of online and offline payments. As the E-Commerce Officer, you will also perform IT systems tasks to introduce new payment options across all service points.



Specific responsibilities include:
•Manage the operational aspects of current online and offline payment channels;
•Oversee and track payment related defects to resolution. Test and verify that defects were correctly fixed;
•Assist in User Acceptance Tests for implementation of new payment modes;
•File and maintain the various payment related contracts held by E-Commerce;
•Keep track of global online & offline MDR/commission rates for all payment methods;
•Assist in invoice verification and prepare Invoice Payment Request forms; and
•Administrative matters as assigned on ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

Required Skills
Applicants should possess a Diploma in areas related to e-Commerce and Business Management/Administration. In addition, applicants should possess the following attributes as well:


•Organized, meticulous, task oriented and strong sense of urgency
•Display the aptitude and initiative to learn new skills
•Team player, possessing good communications and interpersonal skills
•Good IT knowledge
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•2-3 years experience in e-commerce support role is preferred.
