Description:
Working with a dynamic team, you will be supporting IT Division’s Finance & Resource Management Department in providing efficient administrative support.
Your job duties include:
- Processing of invoices
- Analysis of IT spending versus budget
- Administrative support for applications used internally by IT Division
- Planning and organisation of divisional forums and training events
- First level IT support for IT Divisional Services area
- Administrative support to Finance & Resource Management Department
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Required Skills
Applicants should have good communication and interpersonal skills. He/She should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. A keen eye for detail is essential. You should have a Diploma in an IT-related or financial discipline.
