Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager Maintenance Services in Maintenance Planning & Control Department, the candidate is primarily responsible for managing the aircraft maintenance and overhaul budget.



Key work scope includes:
•Preparing the annual aircraft maintenance budget
•Reviewing and processing aircraft maintenance cost invoices
•Preparing maintenance cost statistics and analysis for reporting
•Negotiating for favourable terms and conditions with service providers
•Processing PBTH (Power-By-The-Hour) programme payments
•Keeping maintenance cost within divisional budget
•Managing personnel under his/her charge

Requirements:

Required Skills
The candidate should:



1) Possess at least a Degree in an Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or have aircraft maintenance working experience in an MRO (Maintenance Repair Overhaul) or have related experience in the procurement of airframe maintenance services.

2) Possess knowledge of aircraft hangar check workscope and work processes

3) Possess good interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with line departments on their requirements and negotiate favourable terms

4) Be able to work independently and at the same time also a good team player

5) Be able to interact with various user departments like Technical Projects and Technical Services as well as external parties to negotiate and achieve desired outcomes

6) Be able to supervise and guide staff under his charge
