Department: Inflight Services (Dragonair)
Reports to: Assistant Manager – Catering Costing and Administrative Support
We are looking for individuals to assume the role of Catering Projects and Support Specialist. He/she will participate in all activities of implementing the Integrated Catering Solution (ICATS) project which aim at improving operational efficiency and/or providing better catering services to internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities:
•To support ICATS on all project related work and activities, such as participation in meetings, workshops, review of project documents and evaluation of vendors’ proposals.
•Act as key business user lead for ICATS module.
•Work closely with internal catering stakeholders. To understand business needs and ensure business requirements are communicated to the project team through discussions and workshops
•Work closely with internal catering stakeholders to provide inputs for use cases, business rules translation and workflow analysis development for ICATS.
•Work closely with internal catering stakeholders and vendors to prepare test data and test scenario for module testing, and plan for the data migration to ICATS.
•To coordinate with all business users in ISD, other departments and caterers to participate in project communication, user acceptance test (UAT), manual process test and system implementation.
•To prepare and proof read system user guides training documents.
•To provide onsite training to internal and external users worldwide.
•To assist in the implementation of ICATS to worldwide users.
Requirements:
•Tertiary education preferably in Computing, Information Systems or Business Studies related fields.
•Minimum 3 years of IT experience, with extensive knowledge of airline processes.
•Numerate, good analytical skill, ability to understand and formulate business analysis.
•Proven experience in project management and providing training to users.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Mandarin
•Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing and using query tools
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will remain as CX employee and be seconded to Dragonair.
