Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
•Provide support services for self-service projects at SIN and at overseas stations;
•Prepare test scenarios for user acceptance tests;
•Conduct user acceptance tests on self-service applications e.g. self-service check-in, PRS;
•Investigate systems irregularities and work with the technical team to resolve systems problems;
•Assist with review and prepare documentation of enhancements to self-service applications;
•Support testing of Altea DCS projects to facilitate end to end testing of departure process; and
•Any other duties as assigned by Manager/AO in charge.
Requirements:
Required Skills
Preference will be given to those with working knowledge of SAA and/or Altea Departure Control System (DCS). He/She must possess good command of English and proficiency in the use of PC will be an added advantage. Persons with a diploma would be preferred.
