The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:


•Ensure contract service providers perform all contractual obligations under their respective contracts;
•Assist in the preparation of operational budget and capital expenditure;
•Assist in site inspections for periodic and scheduled maintenance, improvement works, and A&A works;
•Upkeep and maintain crisis manuals, WSHA risk assessments records, operation manuals and as- built drawings;
•Ensure equipment data, jobs and maintenance data are promptly updated in the systems;
•To implement energy conservation initiatives and ensure KPIs are met;
•Write simple evaluation and incident reports;
•Attend to business unit request and feedback; and
•Any work assigned from time to time by Manager/Supervising Admin Officers.

Requirements:

Required Skills
He/She must possess a Diploma in Engineering discipline or Strategic Facilities Management. He/She must be able to use AutoCAD, Power point, MS Excel and MS Word to prepare drawings and weekly/monthly reports. He/She is required to use computer systems related to assigned area(s) of work. He/She should be pro-active and have good communications skills to work with custodian contractors, systems consultants and Business Units. Preference will be given to those with basic proficiency in SAP, Facilities Management System, Building Automation system and AutoCAD.
