Description:

Lead and coordinate the execution of the contractual program in the production phase, including daily interfacing with the customer
Liaise with the operations business unit manager for all matters related to the production program execution
Report regularly on the contractual program execution status to the accountable PM and company’s leadership
Escalate to the accountable PM any major issues or risks on the production phase program (i.e., with major impact on scope, budget or schedule).
Responsible for project revenue and gross margin profitability under area of responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitors and lead the execution of the contractual program by in coordination with the integrated product team lead in production
Liaises with production to monitor performance in relation to deliveries configuration, time and cost, resource availability and prioritization, risk and issue management;
Identifies program roadblocks or issues requiring resolution; takes the appropriate actions to resolve them by involving the relevant company functions
Acts as the working interface with the customer for the contractual program (e.g., product changes, rate changes, etc.), processes and translate the customer input into internal information across all functions in accordance with the approved PM framework
Attends all contractual program working meetings, prepares and timely circulates meeting minutes as necessary
Reviews the weekly program report received from the Product Integrated Team, integrates contractual program key information and circulates to PM and company’s leadership on a weekly basis
Prepares and submits the Contractual Monthly Program Review report based on the information received from the Product Integrated Team, including schedule adherence, quality and delivery performance by program
Attends the MPR jointly with the Product Integrated Team Lead and presents topics of own responsibility (e.g., overall program status, contractual and scope information) , assists Product Integrated Team Lead in presenting delivery program execution status topics
Escalates to PM and company’s leadership any major issues or risks for the assigned program (i.e., with major impact on scope, budget or schedule)
Assembles all project related documentation and structures them for archiving and for uploading onto share point through the PMO
Liaises with the PMO’s analysts and defines requirements and timing of trend analysis required for the program

Liaises with the PMO’s sales coordinator in relation to project customer PO and sales order status, delivery status, customer requests for information and customer complaints
Responsibility and Accountability as defined in the PMO RACI & Skills Matrix including authority

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science)
Fluent in the English language
Project Management Certification (PMI or other institute) is a plus
Project Management Certification (PMI or other institute) is a plus

Knowledge, skills and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management function and operational / production environment.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
Middle East regional experience is a plus
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Effective in the preparation of the business case for new programs with preliminary cost estimating, project planning, and risk assessment for a bid proposal response.
Basic understanding of contract negotiation and management within Strata’s legal governance framework
Strong project planning skills and efficiency in project management
Good communication skills (verbal and written) and relationship management capabilities
Demonstrable skills in program and project management tools and methodologies
Knowledge of projects life cycles
Technical understanding is required
Knowledge of general business is required
