Description:

This position is part of the Supply Chain Sarl team of LSG Sky Chefs’ and based at its headquarter at Luxemburg reporting to the Category Leader Direct Materials.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all appropriate tasks in purchasing, inventory management and catering work is carried out in an optimal and efficient manner.

The main accountabilities are:

Responsible for simpler procurement processes
Be responsible for daily contacts with suppliers
Responsible for supplier safety at vendors and search for the right material and supplier
Work with the purchase administration such as price conditions, monitoring of delivery and invoice control
Identification and control of inventory
Maintain specifications in accordance with quality and process compliance targets
Create, maintain accuracy, quality-control all material-, supplier-and contract-related master data in all relevant systems incl. SAP, DI+
Ensure purchase of goods and services according to company guidelines
Support Category Leader in execution of purchase management process and realization of defined savings
Support conclusion of contracts, document and issue to suppliers under guidance from Unit manager in line with relevant deadlines, conditions and KPIs
Prepare and support department specific reporting and analysis

Requirements:

Your profile

High school
Min. 1 year experience and training in business relevant area
Understanding of strategic souring to implement applicable target driven actions
Full understanding of transaction processing in procurement relevant systems, including SAP MM
Strong Excel skills
Good communication skills
Strong time management
Strong team player
Strong analytical skills
