Do you want to support in Human Resources topics of a young, dynamic and international staffed company?

We are looking for a committed and conscientious working student who is interested in gaining work experience in Human Resources, specifically in the area of HR administration and recruitment. You would support us in parallel to your studies for around 10 hours per week split up between 2 days.

Your Tasks:

Support in HR Administration
Management of incoming applications
Responsible for student recruitment: contact to universities/programs, development of job advertisements (internships, working students), management of applications

Requirements:

Your profile

Ongoing enrollment to Bachelor or Master Studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or similar
Fluent in English and German
Work experience as working student or intern is required
Work experience in HR is beneficial
Good Excel skills, good Powerpoint skills
Independent way of working, analytical thinking, proactive working behavior, good communication skills, international mind-set
