Airlines - In Flight Staff

Description:

The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:



Provide user support and attend to system issues and problems arising from all business application systems in Cabin Crew Division
Handle System maintenance issuess, fact finding, problem investigation, trouble-shooting and resolving problems
Assist users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before system cutover
Assist in user training prior to system cutover
Interact with personnel from Information Technology Division and softward vendors on behalf of end-users
Ensure the continuous running of kiosk PCs and printers in Control Centre (T3) and the SIA Training Centre
Assist end-users in usage of VOVICI survey tools and the design of survey forms
Perform administrative and project-based duties as and when required
Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

Required Skills

Diplomas in computer related disciplines would be preferred. He/She should have at least 3 years of computer systems related work experience, including trouble-shooting and problem resolution. Previous work experience and knowledge in system maintenance activities and job scope described above would be advantageous.
