Job Description
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:
Provide support for sales tools which includes but not limited to:
Manage user access
Respond to station's queries
Perform basic troubleshooting (with assistance from the IT Division)
Support UAT testing and rolling out of enhancements
Develop and maintain user guides
Providing support for management reporting which includes but not limited to:
Compile performance data from the system and preparing reports for management reporting
All other assigned duties
Requirements:
Required Skills
Applicants should posses a good Diploma in any discipline. He/She must be a fast learner who is able to work independently with minimal supervision, and perform tasks with high accuracy and process time-sensitive assignments.
