Description:

Coordinate the development of a long termin approach towards customers, markets and touch points across the OS sales units
Gather market inputs and conduct own research to identify trends in customer buying behavior, travel patterns and general market developments and derive conclusion for the OS sales approach
Define strategically important customer segments and develop concepts for a product differentiated customer approach taking into account the travel motives and buying behavior
Identify strategically important global traffic flows and coordinate with the relevant OS departments to ensure optimal OS positioning
Monitor the effectiveness and cost base of different distribution channels towards the relevant customer groups

Requirements:

Your profile

University degree in business economics or similar field
Minimum of 3 years business experience in the travel industry
Strong analytical skills
Strong sales competence
Ability to develop and implement strategies
Ability to assess decisions and processes in a big picture view
Independent and self responsible working attitude
Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools, esp. Excel and Power Point
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
English and German language skills written and spoken fluently


The minimum salary according to the collective wage agreement starts at EUR 32.382,-- pre tax per year. The target salary depends on individual qualification and adequate professional experience.
