The Digital Mobile Application Programme Manager scope of work will cover



Lead the Direct Customer Engagement teams to deliver enterprise websites and digital mobile application projects using tablets, smartphones, and social media interactions
Provide technical leadership, direction, and administration across the full lifecycle of website, and digital mobile projects from planning through implementation.
Work with technology, business units and relevant functional managers to ensure that solutions delivered are aligned to the Digital and Mobility Enterprise Architecture and IT Application roadmap.
Develop and maintain the Direct Customer Engagement and Mobility Enterprise Architecture for the business.
Define and analyse business requirements for direct customer engagements supporting revenue generation and servicing needs. Propose best-in-class, optimised Web and Mobility IT solutions that meet business requirements
Track and identify feasible airline mobility applications and technologies for potential adoption by the business.
Exploit the use of social media to enhance customer engagement and marketing of airline and related products
Project manage key application project developments under the Direct Customer Engagement and Mobility portfolio

Requirements:

Required Skills

Degree in Information Technology or related fields
Experience in business analysis and business process re-engineering
Min 5 years of experience in managing multi-million dollar projects in Mobile/Website developments
Good knowledge and understanding of technology application for development of web and mobile apps.
Applied knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, SDLC
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent project teams delegating work load and ensuring team efficiency
Strong analytical skills
Effective and efficient resource planning and prioritization across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
Strong planning, conceptual, consulting and communication skills and people management skills
Good knowledge and experience in digital mobility development platforms and tools and deployment technologies
