Description:

The Application Domain Expert (ADE) scope of work will cover management of applications:



Review and analyse business requirements. Propose IT solutions that are aligned to the Enterprise Architecture and IT Application roadmap
Liaise with vendors for implementation of enhancements and track prompt resolution of system issues
Manage the overall delivery of IT projects. Anticipate any potential issues that might impact the project. Track and report project status to project steering committees.
Monitor the product roadmap for periodic upgrades. Assist the business in the budgetary sizing of their IT plans.
Track and identify feasible airline applications and technologies for potential adoption by business.

Requirements:

Required Skills

Degree in Information Technology or related fields
Experience in SDLC and completed at least 3 major projects
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.



For SAP application suite (1 position):

Prior technical experience with SAP HR and other HR applications is preferred.



For Social Media and direct customer engagement (2 positions, in either Social Media or Customer Engagement):

Prior project experience in social media/mobility/customer engagement applications is preferred.
