The Business Analyst scope of work will cover



Assist the business in the planning, prioritization and budgeting of their IT projects.
Review business processes, identify improvements and map the to-be processes.
Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture for the business.
Define and analyse business requirements. Propose IT solutions that are aligned to the Enterprise Architecture and IT Application roadmap
Manage the overall delivery of IT projects. Anticipate any potential issues that might impact the project. Track and report project status to project steering committees.
Track and identify feasible airline applications and technologies for potential adoption by business.

Requirements:

Required Skills

Degree in Information Technology or related fields
Experience in business analysis and business process re-engineering
Experience in SDLC and completed at least 3 major projects
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Prior technical experience in Websphere portal, Data Warehouse, Sharepoint is preferred.
