The Role

Ryanair are looking for an IT Helpdesk Adminsitrator to support their Headoffice and European bases. This position works on a shift pattern and is based in Ryanair's Head Office in Swords.

Duties:

Provide IT support to internal users, local and remote
Working in a busy Helpdesk
Monitor all the systems, networks and servers
Cloning PC’s & Laptops
This is a shift position.

Requirements:

Min 3 years’ experience in Helpdesk Administration necessary
Good communication and documentation skills are essential
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/2008, Office 2003-2013, Citrix, Terminal Server, Backups, Printing, Symantec Antivirus & Encryption, Cisco VPN
Good team player.
