Description:
We’re looking to hire an experienced social media agent to work across Ryanair’s social media platforms.
As part of a small but growing team, you will be heavily involved in the implementation of Ryanair’s social media strategy across various channels and markets.
Reporting to the Social Media Team Leader, you’ll work closely with our PR, Digital Marketing and Content teams to ensure we promote our brand effectively through social media channels across Europe and assist and respond to our customers.
Requirements:
You’ve got at least 2 years’ experience working in social media for a major consumer brand with an edgy spirit and have an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and delivering campaigns.
You have the ability to think quickly, work as part of a team and multitask. Customer communication experience and a second or third language is an advantage but not essential.
You’ll know how to speak with the brand voice and at the same time deal prompty with complaints, critics and trolls.
Most or all of the following would be great
Experience with multiple social channels as opposed to exclusive experience in one.
Excellent communications and written skills.
High degree of digital literacy.
Evidence of your social media activity.
Passion to build the Ryanair brand and make a change.
Professional interest in the online travel sector.
