Description:

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Temporary HR Manager to join their Personnel department.

Our HR team in Dublin look after the HR needs of all 10,000 of our staff across Europe. We are now seeking a dynamic, focused and results driven HR professional to join us as a Temporary HR Manager covering maternity leave.

This is not a normal HR job. We are a lean organisation where everyone is expected to contribute to the bottom line. That includes our HR team where each person typically looks after the HR needs of 600+ staff. We need HR people with the commercial acumen and operational focus to survive and thrive in this busy, task-driven environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will gain outstanding experience and make a real contribution to the success of Europe’s favourite airline as we grow our business.

Duties include:

Leading a team of 4-5 HR professionals
Expert advice and guidance to line managers on people issues
Overseeing disciplinary and grievance processes
Negotiations with internal Employee Representative Committees
Management reporting

Requirements:

Requirements

3-4 years HR experience
Experience managing direct reports
Proven track record of operating in a fast paced environment
HR or business degree or masters
