Ryanair is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance department. This is a permanent role based in Ryanair's Head Office at Airside Business Park, Swords, Co Dublin.

The AP Administrator will be required to work in a busy and demanding team environment encompassing all aspects of the Accounts Payable process. The position requires a candidate with a good skill set in software applications, AP Processing and communications. The AP Representative will report to the AP Deputy Manager’s and ultimately to the AP Manager.

Duties include:

Administration of all incoming invoices, both by post and email
Maintain vendor master data
Provide support to AP team account managers
Ensure efficient circulation of invoices throughout the organisation
Ensuring compliance with all corporate policies
Processing high volume invoices into our SAP accounting package
Validating high volume invoices into our Workflow and Airpas accounting packages
Ensure scanning and archiving is completed in a timely manner
Perform related ad-hoc admin duties as required

Requirements:

Requirements

Working knowledge of financial systems is desirable
Strong written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential
SAP experience an advantage

All candidates should be self-motivated and flexible with good communications skills (both written and oral). The ability to work as part of a team is essential.
