Job Description
The candidate will be required to perform the following duties:
· Manage and follow up on all types of Cabin Crew Planning-related queries, requests and complaints efficiently, promptly and accurately within the stipulated time frame. This will include assisting with walk-ins , telephone queries and managing the service desk mailbox;
· Propose appropriate solutions to anticipated/identified problems that crew may have;
· Assist CCE (Planning) in identifying areas of improvement;
· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of crew productivity reports;
· 2nd backup to seat bookings; and
· Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills
He/She must be a team player, highly motivated, and have a positive attitude with good communication skills and analytical skills. Knowledge of crew rostering procedures and being conversant in Aircrews and SAP would be advantageous.
