Description:
You will be responsible for assisting in daily inventory planning, progressing and administrative work for the variety of items purchased by SIA Group. Your main duties include the following:
To plan and manage our stocks to ensure that optimal inventory holding is maintained to support Business Users' operations.
To ensure prompt and accurate preparation of progressing reports for communication of delivery schedules with suppliers.
To closely monitor and ensure on time deliveries from suppliers and fulfilment of Purchase Orders.
Any other duties as assigned by the superiors
Requirements:
Required Skills
You should possess a good diploma in any discipline. Experience in SAP and Supply Chain Management will be an advantage. Competency in Microsoft Office is a requirement.
