Description:

The successful candidate will be supporting Singapore Airlines’ Singapore Sales Office in developing the local sales office’s digital and social media marketing strategy and growing Singapore Airlines’ digital and social media presence in Singapore. You will play an integral role in creating suitable local content and digital/social campaigns to project the brand, acquire new fans, drive engagement and grow advocacy in the Singapore market.



You will be required to work with the Head Office’s social media strategy unit and SIA’s appointed agencies to meet these targets and grow our fan base across various social media platforms. You will also be required to develop and manage long-term digital campaigns with new partners. On a daily basis, you will be involved in social media content creation and the usage of listening tools to monitor sentiment and collate reports, as well as use the analytical data to optimize engagement. You will also be analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across the various digital channels through the usage of campaign tracking tools.



As part of the Singapore Sales’ Market Development team, you will also be responsible for increasing SIA’s PR and brand presence in Singapore.

Requirements:

Required Skills



Applicants should posses a good degree in Marketing or any related discipline. Professional experience and a strong track record in the field of digital and social media, either with an agency or company, will be a significant advantage.



The applicant should be well versed in using social media monitoring and campaign management tools, including but not limited to WildFire, Radiant6, SocialEngage and Google Analytics.
