In order to reinforce the Maintenance Control Center team Gulfstream/Embraer in Basel we are currently recruiting for an
Aircraft Planning Engineer

Overall job purpose is to manage and monitor the aircraft project preparation and documentation process, in accordance with the applicable Jet Aviation Basel procedures, Aviation Regulations and customer requirements. Monitor and communicate aircraft project status with internal and external customers.

Description/Tasks:

Manage the maintenance and refurbishment content of the work order from initial receipt to aircraft departure / project completion
Manage aircraft input with creating project plans, setting milestones, prepare status reports and issue aircraft documentation
Monitor and communicate both internally and externally about the aircraft work in progress to the customer
You are single point of contact to the customer

Requirements:

Qualification/Experience:

Minimum of 2 years Planning Engineer experience
Experience in aircraft family Embraer is an advantage
Aviation / Engineering education (degree is beneficial)
EASA Aviation Regulation knowledge is advantageous
Fluent in English (knowledge in other languages is a plus)
Lateral thinker, completer finisher
PC literate with MS packages
SAP knowledge is beneficial
Independent and dedicated with strong communication skills
