Independently work as administrator and controller for the sales division of Lufthansa Technik and support the growth of Lufthansa Technik in the Area; Direct Report to Vice President of Sales for North America.

Tasks:

Coordinate all controlling related functions in the Region Americas with Central Controlling functions at Lufthansa Technik headquarter
Consolidate and Report all financial data in the Region Americas
Support Sales Activities in the region with proper controlling reports (including management of out standings)
Prepare internal financial analysis on customer, region, product, subsidiary basis
Support data consolidation for PD/Area target agreement process and prepare sales area specific reports and sales performance tracking (CKAM and others)
Coordinate Marketing activities in the Sales Area in cooperation with TS1 (Corporate Marketing)
Counseling regarding legal and finance topics during sales process (with focus on sales area specifics, if applicable)
Administrative sales project status tracking
Organize workshops/meetings, prepare presentations and perform general research activities

Requirements:

Your profile

High school diploma/GED required
College degree/vocational training required: Master desirable, Bachelor required
Professional experience required: More than 3 years professional experiences in financial controlling, sales support or customer service for complex products or in consulting services
Language: English required, German and Spanish desirable
Industry knowledge required: Good knowledge of business management basics; Good knowledge of the aviation industry desirable; Very high organizational skills, high creativity, flexibility, and self-motivation
Expert knowledge desirable
Expert IT Knowledge: MS Office

Environmental Influences:

Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
Willingness for assessment screening
Willingness to travel
Must possess a valid driver's license

Airport environment:

Must be willing to work under constant time pressure
Must be willing to work under high stress levels
