Description:
Gama Aviation is seeking a Training Manager to join our Dubai based AOC team. Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations you will be responsible for ensuring the overall management of the Aircrew training department. This is a GCAA post holder position.
Working within the GCAA requirements for the training department you will be responsible for the overall management of all crew training and maintain all training records current. The position is responsible for maintaining company standards within the training department and maintaining the relevant manuals.
Attending regular meetings and workshops for training members the position also contributes towards the Company Flight Safety Committee.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have previous experience within a similar position in Business Aviation and ideally hold TRI privileges on a relevant type.
