The Senior Manager Internal Audit scope of work includes:



Assist the Divisional Vice President of Internal Audit in Audit Committee matters

Develop the audit approach and plan for companies or operations within the SIA Group

Manage audit and governance related projects in relation to pre-determined Key Performance Indicators

Manage a team of auditors including their individual performances and long term development.

Assist in initiatives relating to control awareness to improve the control environment within the organisation.

Continual improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit group.

Requirements:

Required Skills

Degree in any discipline, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business.
Audit certification in at least one area (eg. CIA, CPA, CISA, etc) is desired
Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 2 years in internal audit.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving and decision making skills
Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills
