Assisting the Senior Tax Manager with:



special projects
managing tax risk
periodic tax reporting
identifying tax planning opportunities
Singapore and overseas tax compliance matters
ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations
managing tax consultants / tax lawyers in Singapore and overseas
advising on tax due diligence, foreign income repatriation, capital structuring, contract review, sale and lease back, withholding tax, employee compensation

Requirements:

Required Skills

Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field (candidates with ACCA and/or tax qualifications will also be considered)
Minimum of 4 years corporate tax and/or GST experience from a Big 4 accounting firm and/or large corporations and/or tax authority.
Good knowledge of Singapore Corporate tax and/or GST laws and regulations
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Good analytical, interpersonal and writing skills
Highly motivated, team player, ability to work within tight deadlines
International / regional tax experience is a plus
Transfer pricing knowledge / experience is a plus
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
