Description:

The successful candidate will be required to manage and oversee the planning, design, and development of SIA’s property-related projects in Singapore and overseas, such as our airport lounges, corporate offices and engineering facilities. He/she will be required to manage various internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Requirements:

Required Skills

You must have

- a good Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Science.



- relevant experience in project management in successfully implementing Commercial and/or Industrial development projects (including master planning, feasibility studies, design development, regulatory compliance, procurement processes, construction and fit-out, move management, project closure and post-project review), with at least three to five years in a management role.



- a high degree of technical competence and expertise in building and construction regulations, codes of practices, design trends, building materials, Mechanical & Electrical works, construction methods, etc.



- be able to manage multiple and concurrent global projects in a fast-paced environment.



- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills



- excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills



- strong leadership qualities to motivate project teams to meet tight project timelines.





Familiarity with the regulations and requirements of property related projects in an airport environment, will be an advantage.
