Description:
Ryanair’s Insight & CRM team are looking for an enthusiastic CRM Executive to work with the CRM Lead delivering the concept, realization and implementation of ambitious email marketing campaigns which help to generate sales as well as significantly improve customer retention.
The successful candidate will be on-board ahead of an exciting implementation of a new system, moving to targeted and measured campaigns which will extend to app push notification and customer loyalty programme.
You will work closely with the analytics and creative teams as well as with a wide cross section of the business to ensure we speak to our customers in a consistent manner.
This exciting opportunity with a newly formed team, is a massive focus and growth area for the business. The successful candidate will learn a lot in a short period of time, and be a key contributor to the change of a globally recognised brand.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
1 - 2 years online marketing experience
Experience using an enterprise CRM (Adobe, Salesforce)
Experience in email marketing including testing content, segments, A/B testing as well as testing rendering and compatibility of emails across email clients and ISPs.
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Be a problem-solver and an enthusiastic team contributor
Analytical / numeric skills for measuring campaign performance
Be comfortable working in an environment that is varied, fast-paced, and challenging
Fluency in a second European language (German, French, Polish) is desirable.
