About the Job
Airarabia Egypt is looking for someone to train its Cabin Crew members to ensure the safety and comfort of Air Arabia passengers on board aircraft.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensures that Cabin Crew are trained to perform in accordance with the provisions of the Air Arabia Manuals, and that prompt and effective corrective action is taken when Cabin Crew default.
Trains Cabin Crew in their responsibilities for reporting to the Captain on the conduct of passengers and how to coordinate cabin safety in accordance with emergency procedures as specified in the Operations Manual/FCOM and the actions to take in the event of irregularities and malfunctions.
Trains Cabin Crew on the checks required for emergency equipment, catering equipment and other specified equipment and the actions to take in the event of deficiencies.
Trains Cabin Crew on after flights procedures, such as completion of documentation, obtaining the Captains signature on occurrence reports.
Trains Cabin Crew in the orderly and complete handover/takeover when handing/taking over the cabin from catering, cleaning or maintenance personnel.
Designs, produces and implements training programs and schedules for Cabin Crew, supervising their progress and maintaining records of their performance including safety drills, First Aid, emergency procedures and the layout of particular aircraft types.
Maintains training records, including materials, tests used and results and records of license renewal dates to ensure that necessary training is provided in sufficient time to allow for recertification before expiry.
Writes and update CSPM, checks and approves the issue of safety bulletins, ensuring that Cabin Crew are made aware of the contents.
Carries out cabin crew competency checks.
Responsible for the editing, publishing and distributing recurrent training.
Preparing, processing all necessary documents required for initial cabin crew licenses and additional aircraft ratings, in accordance to ECAA requirements and Correspond with ECAA for any safety related issue.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
A Diploma or equivalent education. Minimum five years of experience as a cabin crew member with three years as a senior cabin crew. Training in first aid is essential – a formal qualification is an advantage.
Appropriate aircraft type certificates are also essential. A good technical knowledge of aircraft.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
