About the Job

Air Arabia is looking for individual with strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail to perform the day to day support for Yield Management Executives in managing inventory of flights, bookings, etc.



Key Accountabilities:

The Revenue Management Support Executive supports the Yield Management Executives in the following activities:

Managing inventory over the booking cycle of flights and managing group/individual bookings
Assists with PNR revisions, ROE changes, stopover changes, hub changes, re-routing, etc.
Collates and updates competitor fares, schedules and products while establishing/maintaining a database of same.
Maintains and updates group/inventory logs on day to day basis for the routes assigned
Manages tactical promotional fare related activities once approved by the Revenue Management Analysts
Follow up on payments for partially paid groups with stations, field sales
Monitor and take appropriate action on system, inventory abuse
Management of FOC/rebate tickets
Management of fares/inventory sales/marketing related promotional activities

In this role, the selected individual must be able to work under pressure in a multi-cultural team environment while exhibiting cost orientation and strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accountancy or similar
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with the Commercial department of an established airline or in an analytical role
Must be able to work independently with a diverse and multicultural team
PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage
