Job Summary:
Monitor the manpower labor of departmental performance, based on the approved slot plan projects and using forecasting data to determine the future departmental headcount requirements.

Responsibilities
•Upon direction, monitor and maintain detailed aircraft specific labor tracking methods for departmental performance to plan status.
•Assist in the structure, maintenance and accuracy of the weekly Estimate at Completion (EAC) report. To include the weekly and monthly budgeted allowances in overtime and other non-aircraft specifics.
•Coordinate with the Cycle Scheduling group to forecast future headcount requirements based on anticipated aircraft projects and/or additional workscope to existing projects.
•Communication and coordination with the operational department managers and supervisors as required to resolve any issues concerning labor tracking or the head count forecasting.
•Continuously improves capacity scheduling by receiving feedback from supervisors, operational production managers and directors.
•Acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to assist the Capacity Scheduling supervisor with their essential duties when necessary and in their absence.
•Train other scheduling group members to perform the essential duties in the absence of the incumbent.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the department supervisor and senior management.
•Fully support and participate in all Safety targets and company initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience/Education Required:
•Possess the skills and abilities to create spreadsheets, including formulas and macros, conversions between data sources, graphing and charting data. Must have a positive attitude and be able to handle changes and make sound decisions. Able to communicate and interact in a positive and professional manner. Can manage multiple priorities of projects simultaneously and keep them progressing to completion.

Qualifications
A minimum of an Associate’s degree in a business or financial discipline and/or 2 yeas equivalent work experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically, strong Excel knowledge.
