Job Summary:
The client representative will handle all aspects of their assigned clients’ accounts. The CR’s goal is to build a relationship with each client and to serve their business travel needs. The CR will be the main point of contact for their assigned accounts and will back up their fellow client representatives as needed. The CR will have both charter and managed responsibilities.

• Responsible for ensuring that the needs of their assigned accounts for all managed and charter trips are met, including recommending and selecting
appropriate scenarios to the client, such as trip routing, fuel stops, crew rest/changes, supplemental pilots, supplemental aircraft, etc.
• In partnership with the lead captain the CR is responsible for assigning crew members to trips and scheduling and coordinating days off in accordance with
the FOM/GOM.
• Accurately quotes aircraft capability and costs, arranges credit terms and prepare sales contracts for charter clients.
• Selects and recommends the appropriate charter aircraft that meets the clients’ requests.
• Gathers post flight feedback through direct contact with client and enters the information into the appropriate systems and resolve the client’s complaints
and/or issues, if applicable. Then determines if the information should be elevated to the next level of management.
• Accurately completes and reviews charter invoices.
• Prepares reports on client activity as requested.
• Attends meetings and training programs, as required.
• Represents the Company at trade association meetings and shows if needed.
• Other duties may be assigned, as required.

Requirements:

Experience/Education Required:
• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or higher education from a two-Year College or technical school; two years experience in aircraft operations or charter, and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass a 7 -year credit and 10-year background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and may be required to have a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service is required.
• The employee must have a basic understanding of aviation in areas such as aircraft range, speed, capacity, landing requirements, etc.
• Knowledge of CTA Database software and Explorer Internet software desired.
• Must have good computer skills, including experience and working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Word, and Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat or
related presentation programs.
• Operational knowledge of Outlook and competency with internet navigation is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays which includes shift work as scheduled to cover a 24 hour coverage period
• Must maintain high level of confidentiality
