Located within our Loyalty Services Division, your new position as Senior Program Design Analyst will see you involved in the strategic design and development of the program design function, including the overall customer value proposition of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate new partner / product propositions and provide recommendations
Establish and maintain a robust process for evaluating Program Design requests
Monitor key performance indicators to determine value and effectiveness of the program design
Review and optimise existing partner/product propositions, including benchmarking against peers and competitors and provide recommendations
Develop new propositions and initiate new Program Design projects
Develop dashboards/reports for senior management to report on the health of the QFF currency and the program
Drive review of competitor intelligence to generate insights and to identify opportunities to improve or refine the propositions
Represent Program Design and assist in cross functional projects.
Requirements:
Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or similar
Financially literate and a proven ability to evaluate business cases
Knowledge of the loyalty sector is an advantage, but not essential
Experience in developing business models, new business cases and evaluating propositions
Strong negotiation skills
Strategic and competitive thinkers
Ability to resolve complex issues
Strong customer focus
Ability to manage and prioritise diverse business objectives
Ability to influence positive outcomes at a senior level.
