Content Administrator eBase / Webtools (M/F)

Content Administration:

Manages intranet projects from first planning stage to go live, for example relaunches
Professional user in CQ5 and Photoshop CC and Elements
Ensures the proper planning of IT projects (time, budget, resources) in alignment with business needs and other IT projects
Manages ad-hoc and regular changes requests on a daily basis inclusive taking countermeasures in case of deviation
Takes responsibility for project results as well as the optimized usage of project resources
Ensures proper project documentation

eBase Admin:

Collects and documents business requirements in collaboration with business departments
Supports and edits requests from Lufthansa Global Business Services - departments and VF
Ensures that all business requirements are covered
Manages internal and external project resources as well as external suppliers on a daily basis
Text editing in German and English
Training of new editors
Ensures process compliance of eBase editor process

Project termination:

Takes responsibility for go life and stabilization of Lufthansa Global Business Services - eBase and VF - eBase tools and access
Ensures proper documentation of eBase and IT tools

Requirements:

Your profile

University degree in for example Business administration, IT
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager with responsibility for time and budget
Good functional and technical knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas: eBase, CQ5, Photoshop CC, knowledge Lufthansa webtools and web-based solutions, application and interface management, application introduction, application development, graphic and web design, web 2.0, browser technology
Fluent English
Fluent German
Readiness to travel (approximately 50%)

Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) was established in October 2013 as new member of the Lufthansa Group to serve as the central platform for administrative processes within Lufthansa. LGBS operates globally with a parent company in Frankfurt, Germany and regionally responsible Service Delivery Centers also in Frankfurt, Germany (for Germany), in Mexico City, Mexico (for Americas), in Krakow, Poland (for Europe, Africa) and in Bangkok, Thailand (Middle East, Asia Pacific). LGBS will have appr. 2000 employees worldwide. Initially, LGBS will cover processes of the administrative functions Finance, Revenue Accounting, Human Resources and Procurement. Besides the operational execution objective and competence of the LGBS is to increase the efficiency of these processes to generate quality and cost benefits across the Lufthansa Group.
