As a member of our ground crew, you'll work in an enjoyable team environment. The positions involve a variety of functions and employees are required to be familiar with all of the following work functions: Ticket Counter Representative, Gate Agent, Baggage Handler and Ramp Operator.
Ramp Operators/Baggage Handlers lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. Duties also include operating ground support equipment such as tugs, conveyor belts and tow tractors.
Ticket Counters/Gate Agents: In this role, you'll be responsible for checking-in passengers, guiding customers through the ticketing & reservations process, directing them to their gate and helping to ensure their bags meet them when they arrive.

As part of our Customer Service Agent team, you can expect to work between 24-30 hours per week. This position could be the perfect entry-level position though, which could eventually allow you to apply for a full-time position if you so desire. To qualify for this position, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be in possession of a valid Driver's License
Possess a High School Diploma or GED
Possess proper authorization
Demonstrate attendance reliability
Be able to lift 60 lbs
Be able to provide quality customer service
Be able to work at heights of over 15 ft
Be willing/able to work both indoors and outdoors at any time during the year
