As a member of our ground crew, you'll work in an enjoyable team environment. We are currently looking to expand our customer service department. The positions involve a variety of functions and employees are required to be familiar with all of the following work functions: Ticket Counter Representative, Gate Agent and Baggage Services Agent.
Ticket Counters/Gate Agents: In this role, you'll be responsible for checking-in passengers, guiding customers through the ticketing & reservations process, directing them to their gate and helping to ensure their bags meet them when they arrive.
Baggage service agent: In this role agents prepare delayed luggage files.

As part of our Customer Service Agent team, you can expect to work between 20-35 hours per week. This position could be the perfect entry-level position though, which could eventually allow you to apply for a full-time position if you so desire. The benefits include flight privileges and working flexible schedules. The position pays $12.47/hour.
Requirements:
The qualifications are: To qualify for this position, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be in possession of a valid Driver's License
Possess a High School Diploma or GED
Have legal authorization to live/work in Canada
Demonstrate attendance reliability
Be able to lift 60 lbs including wheel chair and 'straight back assistance'
Be able to provide quality customer service
Must be fluent in both English and French
