Qantas epiQure is an online food and wine community for Qantas Loyalty’s Frequent Flyer members where they can purchase award winning wines inflight, in lounge, plus a great range of other quality international, iconic Australian and boutique wines.

Your new role as Supply Chain & Service Delivery Manager will see you responsible for management of Qantas epiQure’s operational supply chain and customer service centre. Specifically, the role will work within the Qantas epiQure core business and manage key third party suppliers responsible for warehousing, fulfilment, delivery and customer service.

The Supply Chain & Service Delivery Manager will have extensive experience in managing and negotiating third party suppliers to deliver business strategy and outcomes. As a key member of the Qantas epiQure team, the role will be required to understand the strategy and advise on operational fulfilment to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop leading supply chain and operational strategies for Qantas epiQure that will enable exceptional customer delivery and service outcomes for QFF members
Negotiate commercially favourable terms with new and existing suppliers and partners providing services to Qantas epiQure
Effectively manage the ongoing day-to-day relationships and be the key contact point for delivery providers, DHL, Australia Post as well as the QFF Contact Centre
Identify opportunities for enhancing or improving business processes to ensure operational efficiencies
Maintain and develop effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders including suppliers, third party logistics providers and clients
Provide ongoing business improvement advice in the area of logistics, supply and member services
Manage the execution of product strategies that enhance customer engagement for the achievement of Loyalty brand objectives
Drive review of customer intelligence to generate insights to identify opportunities to improve the customer proposition
Establish targets and timeliness for performance measurement with third parties
Lead the creation of effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders to manage relationships with Qantas epiQure and other parts of Qantas Group
Drive the development of new initiatives for the customer value proposition of Qantas Loyalty programs
Lead, manage, mentor and develop the team to achieve increased performance and empower through leading by example.

Requirements:

Key Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in business related field highly regarded
Experience in dealing with business operations/process and driving performance
Experience with retail loyalty programs desirable
Customer focused
Ability to resolve complex issues
Ability to engage people through communication and influencing skills
Commitment to change and continuous improvement
Innovative, collaborative and responsive style
Ability to influence outcomes at a senior level
Takes ownership of, and personal accountability for decisions and actions.
