Job Description



The successful candidate will be rquired to perform the following duties:

1. Enterprise Architecture, IT Planning and Technology Research:

Track and investigate into the development of technologies and emerging trends and the use of technologies in airline and related industries
Work alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct investigations such as product evaluations, pilots, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) of various technologies, present findings and recommendations to SIA and IT management
Conduct technology and product research in response to requests from SIA business users and IT project teams
Publish weekly and monthly newsletters of analysis of technologies and events to IT Division and SIA to alert on developments and emerging trends

Provide technology advisories to IT architecture, IT planning and governance



2. Portal and Document Repository (DMS) Management

Support the use of portal and DMS, coordinating with the service providers and application support teams to address technical and usage issues, as well as to continually improve the usability and access to the information
Ensure documents published by ITPEA are up-to-date and changes are effectively communicated.



3. IT Governance Management

Provide technical support for the review of SAP GRC/SOD/SAT rules and findings;
Contract administration

Requirements:

Required Skills

Diplomas in computer related disciplines would be preferred.
