Job Summary: The Program Coordinator is responsible for the administration of key administration activities as it affects Delta's Operations Supply Chain team. The Coordinator also acts as a liaison with the Purchasing Supply Organization (PSO), Corporate Records, Legal and Risk Management. Duties include actual contract document preparation, entry of contract pricing structure of each service covered by the contract, developing details for billing terms, daily maintenance of departmental database and handling special projects as required. In addition, the Program Coordinator assists sourcing managers in phases of contract development, including but not limited to: developing and writing contract text and processing and tracking contracts through necessary approval and signature channels. The Program Coordinator also serves as secondary contact for the sourcing managers by handling questions and issues from internal customers, suppliers/providers, other carriers, and other divisions within the Delta organization as it relates to contracts. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Requirements:

The person in this position should have solid computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel. Supply Chain Management or related experience highly preferred. Working knowledge of contract development and management highly preferred. Candidate must be highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent analytical skills, and be able to handle multiple projects at once. In addition, this candidate must be able to function well under stress and prioritize job assignments with little supervision. Must be able to effectively work with and communicate (both written and verbal) with all levels of personnel within and outside the company. Must be able to work under supervision as well as autonomously. Experience using the CLM, SAP, or other financial systems are a plus.
