In order to reinforce our team in Hong Kong we are currently recruiting for an
Aircraft Appearance Coordinator (m/f)

The Aircraft Appearance Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the Aircraft Cleaning, Interior and Exterior activities.
Description/Tasks:

Ensuring aircraft cleaning is being accomplished on a timely basis and changing the cleaning program as necessary to maintain a high cleaning standard
Developing and Implementation of detailed cleaning and repair tasks for carpets, fabrics, leather
Manage all Interior and Paint personnel and outsource vendors efforts to develop and maintain milestone schedules through utilization of available resources and proper staffing
Develop new methods and procedures and implement corrective action plans to support delivery of aircraft on schedule, reduce man-hours and material costs, identify and eliminate waste
Interface with customers to discuss any interior concerns
Provide appropriate technical training for all shop personnel
Standardization and establishment of future approved cleaning products
Developing and Implementation of minor woodwork repairs and polish
Development of exterior paint inspection and survey

Requirements:

Qualification/Experience:

More than 5 years of experience in detailed cleaning, paint and repair tasks for carpets, fabrics, leather, preferably in aviation and/or yacht industries
Knowledge of Aircraft Finish and Paint application processes applicable to high end aircraft and yacht completions
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation
Working knowledge of computers and related software
Be willing to travel, when required
