Stakeholder engagement, management and alignment – Ongoing engagement with all levels of stakeholders to bring them on the change journey from awareness to acceptance. Ensure alignment on the vision, and their role in successfully delivering and driving change into their respective business units.
Change impact assessment – Identify all impacts across people, process and technology and articulate through a people lens. Identify the “burning platform” and design the “burning ambition” (current to future state). Identify, risks, challenges and dependencies as part of this. Ensure all impacts are addressed through relevant detailed plans.
Change readiness and acceptance – Ongoing and holistic assessment of change program effectiveness to support readiness and acceptance. Proactive identification of gaps with mitigation plan to address. Use as key input into go/no-go events.
Change risks and issues management – Ensure transparent reporting on change risks and issues. Proactive escalation and design of mitigating actions to resolve.
